So of the 130ish charity letters sent, and all of the rejection letters recieved, I finally got a check in the post for £100 :D So hopefully this marks the start of lots of monies!
Also, I got in contact with a local restaurant by the name of Damson (it took me a while, I think they thought I was a prank caller or something!) But I think they've agreed to help me, or at least to help me help myself! So I'm waiting to hear back from the local newspaper to see what they'd be interested in doing a story on and we'll expand on it :)
And now I've contacted the restaurant, I think I can get in contact with moormag, which get posted to something like 1000 homes in heaton moor for free...so quite a nice market!
I think thats all I have to report, I might be at a car boot on sunday 26th, but that's tbc so I'll let you know!
